Exhibiting at a trade show is expensive. Your booth, no matter how elaborate, only lasts as long as the show. But, trade shows grant access to key audiences to sell your products. Crown Equipment Corporation decided to approach the concept differently with a virtual exhibit. Crown is a worldwide manufacturer of material handling equipment, lift trucks, and technology. The company turned to Fahlgren Mortine, a national integrated communications agency, to create the experience. To introduce its products and thought leadership on a variety of material handling issues to a global audience, Crown’s exhibit presented customers with a 3D interactive experience. As it turned out, the company’s timing was perfect since the virtual trade show was being utilized before the COVID-19 pandemic.
